Do you make all of the items that are in each package?


No. Each package is a collection of premium items which are manufactured by different vendors who are known for their high quality products. We commit to providing only the best combinations of these items together to make each gift from our site as unique as they can be! Some items may even by made by Uniquely Arv!




How fast will my package ship?


We work hard to get your package out as quickly as possible. Your package should ship within 1-2 business days from order confirmation date. We ship our packages with the United States Post Office.




How long will it take my package to arrive once shipped?


We use USPS Priority shipping. Packages should arrive in 3-4 business days from shipping confirmation (due to current shipping conditions, please view USPS.com website for current shipping policies and potential delays). A USPS tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Please follow the USPS tracking number and contact USPS for any questions regarding delivery. At this time, we do not offer the option of rush or overnight shipping, but hope to be able to do so in the future.




Can I ship multiple packages to separate addresses on the same order?


No. Currently, each complete order can only be shipped to a single address. If you would like to ship packages to more than one address, then please place a separate order for each package. Orders with multiple packages being shipped to the same address can be satisfied within a single order. For any unusual circumstances feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.




How many different gift wrapping paper options are available?


We currently feature one main wrapping paper option. Our current paper is the beautiful neutral gray and white textured paper found on our home page. The adornment may differ from what is pictured, but will match the package design. There may be seasonal wrapping paper alternatives, which will be pictured with the specific gift box when available. In the future, we plan to make additional gift wrapping paper options available so you can further customize your gifts with us!




An item in the package is missing/defective. How can I get a replacement or refund?


When we receive a valid warranty/defective claim for a product purchased from us, we will either replace the product or provide a refund for the product's wholesale cost, if returned within 14 days of delivery. As our products are uniquely picked from third-party vendors, we may not have the same item in stock at all times. We will strive to replace the item with the same item when possible, but a similar item may be substituted based on current supply. We will pay for shipment of replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
