RETURN POLICY

Return Policy on complete packages

We strive to ensure each gift box is just right. Should you wish to return a gift box, we will refund your purchase as long as the entire package is unopened (inclusive of: all items listed in the original package description with premium magnetic gift box)and is returned in fully resalable condition. Returns must be received in 14 days from delivery date and in complete original packaging and tags for all items within the gift box. If we find that the gift box items have not been returned in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the package. 

 

Gift packages that include food items and jewelry are not returnable. 

Approved refunds will be refunded using the original payment method within 45 days. If the original payment method is not available within the 45 days, a store credit will be issued.

Defective Items

When we receive a valid defective claim for a product purchased from us, we will either replace the product or provide a refund for the individual product's cost at our discretion, if returned within 14 days of delivery. As our products are selected from third-party vendors, we may not have the same item in stock at all times. We will strive to replace the item with the same item when possible, but a similar item may be substituted based on current supply. We will pay for shipment of replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
